Meet      8:45   Dodd Center.  Coffee, pastries, fruit provided

Tour                9:00   Dodd Center Tour w/ Laura Katz Smith C. A.

Dodd Research Center 405 Babbidge Road, Unit 1205  Storrs, CT

Featured material will be archives from the CHPC, Connecticut business collections, and railroad collections.  (Directions below.)  Photos OK.

Lunch   11:30   At student center food courts nearby or Storrs

Tour                 1:00    Meet at Gurleyville Gristmill 2 miles east of campus

Tour                 2:30    Mansville Hollow Dam 5 miles SE of campus

Gurleyville tour will be led by Bruce Clouette, an industrial historian; the   Manville Hollow Dam manager will present during the dam tour.

Some walking over uneven surfaces may be required.
